a technical team for businesses that run on software
We are a small team of engineers who have built and run real products. When your business needs software, you deal with the people who build it, and they stay to look after it. No agency in the middle.
// how we work
How an enquiry comes in, how a job or a booking gets handled, who answers the phone. Before anything is built, we write down what actually happens in your week, and what it costs you.
A bigger system goes live in stages, so you are using the first part while we build the next. You see something real early, and you can change your mind.
Some of it is partnership. We keep learning how your business runs and tell you what is worth building next. Where your business makes sales, we also take an incentive per sale, so we do well when you do.
Some of it is upkeep. The engineers who built it keep it running, fix what breaks and make the changes you ask for, for a fixed monthly fee you can stop any time.

We work on every job together. Write to either of us and you get both of us. There is no one in between, and nobody takes a cut of anybody else’s work.
// please read this bit
Most businesses that pay for software get it through an agency. The agency finds you and gives you a quote. Then it passes the actual work to a developer, and keeps a cut.
So you pay more than the work is worth. And the person doing the work gets paid less than they should.
Every one of us has been that developer. We have built websites for clients inside agencies, and we saw what those clients were charged for our work.
Nobody is doing anything wrong. That is just what a middleman costs.
We work this way to cut that out. You talk to the people who actually build your software, from your first reply to the day it goes live to every change after that. No account manager. No handover. No extra charge for passing messages along.
That matters most on work that lasts. An agency moves its developers between clients, so the person who knows your system keeps changing. Here it is the same engineers, a year in.
// what happens next
One line is enough. What your business does, where you are, and the thing that costs you the most time or money.
A plain-English review of what we would fix, or a working demo of the part that matters most. Before you have paid anything.
Fifteen minutes to walk through it and agree what to do. If it is not for you, no hard feelings.
On your own accounts, with your own data. After that we stay on, as your partner and as the people who keep it running, for as long as you want us to.
After launch: we stay on, some of it as a partner and some of it as upkeep. The partner part is learning your business, saying what to build next and, where your business makes sales, an incentive per sale. The upkeep part is keeping it running, fixing what breaks and an agreed amount of changes, for a fixed monthly fee you can stop any time. Both are written into the agreement. If you would rather pay per change, that works too.
// the business
Each of us trades as a registered business.
A written agreement and a proper invoice with every job.
// start with one line
